As much as it is going to be a sad day for all of us Liverpool fans we knew that this day would come someday and they knew it too.
We’ve seen 1st Booby come in followed by Mane and then the Egyptian king and since 2017 they have brought us countless amazing, heart stopping moments. Now with their contracts ending in the summer of 2023 there are decisions that need to be made.
Mo earns 200k, Bobby 180K, and Mane 100K
In all honesty it’s still all cloudy in the CB but I see glimpses of something going on. What I see is a ding dong between either Mane or Salah leaving. I think we are still interested in keeping Bobby the connector. Here’s why I think Bobby stays. If he leaves that just leaves Jota as the sole striker. Simples.
Salah wants a lot more money than Mane and Bobby and we have to think if it’s really worth paying him all that money. Paying him 350 is already a big ask let alone 400-500K. If Mo leaves Both Jota and Mane can play there. Elliot used to play on the right too so could play 2 roles. Mino and Ox can also help out.
My money at this moment in time is that we may cash in on Mane. There’s Jota who can play there as well as Diaz and now we are trying to get Carvalho who can play both the right wingers role as well as AMF role on the right. Jones can also substitute there.
1.Karius, Nat, Origi most probably will be the ones leaving which will save more than 150K in wages. –than can be used for increasing Mo’s wages to 350K
2.If Mane leaves that’s us saving 100K – Diaz’s wages covered.
3.We are also in the lookout for a MF replacement. Bellingham? How much will his wages be?
Milly should be making way for the new incoming MF player. Again Sad but the MF evolution must begin. That’s a saving of 140K a week so a couple more fringe players out and we can be saving 175-200K a week.
What are your thoughts boys? Where do you think we are heading with the summer transfer clear out and incomings?
We need the 2-3 players to come in again next season I feel.
