Chelsea v Liverpool
Two sides seemingly struggling for different reasons. Liverpool with a limited number of options in certain areas and Chelsea with too many. Both though suffering from a lack of form of their best players. Chelsea with the added problem of no manager, or is that an advantage?
Chelsea actually played well in their last game and had most of the play but failed to take their chances and got mugged by a good side . Let’s hope we can do the same tonight.
It seems Diaz is still not ready to play but it’s in his and our long term interests to ensure he only plays when he’s is fit enough and is eased back into the side. Thiago is also back in training but same applies to him too and he will not feature either in the Chelsea game tonight.
A more reflective, humble and solemn Klopp struggling to turn things around and I suspect he like us would just like to see the season out with some pride in the performances and then look to really come back after the close season.
