What brought you to disqus

Many years ago, I searched for Liverpool forums to just read Liverpool news. I clicked on a site we all know and read the threads and comments. I did that for sometime before I decided to post a comment. When I did I realised I’d have to sign up to disqus to be able to do that. So I did. I spent ages posting, meeting great people online. We had a blast. We actually got threads taken down because we were naughty as hell. Especially myself and Joe Bloggs.

Anyway, time moved on and Joe got banned but then created his own disqus channel and asked me to mod for him. I said no coz I hadn’t got a clue how to mod, so the fooker made me a mod anyway, the bitch.

Time again moved on and that’s when I found the bigger world of the channel system and started posting on many channels. After a month or two a few channels asked me to mod for them. No fooking idea why. Perhaps they realised I am proper nuts. Then I acquired my own channels,  not football related, just fun related. But, I digress. Once the channel system was removed, I removed myself. I took a sabbatical for a year, maybe longer.

But I couldn’t, in the end, stay away. So I created this account and came back simply because I wanted to talk once more with supporters of my home town club. On my return, I found 4KK and I can tell you, with no bias, this is the greatest site around. (Coz my channels are gone, obviously). Seriously though, when I first came here DB, Stu and Jock welcomed me with open arms, or were they folded? Kidding lads.

My question to you nutters is, what compelled you to join football sites? Any football sites. When did your journey begin? I find it interesting to hear how people not only arrived here but the passage to clicking on any Liverpool site. I look forward to your reasons and your LFC online journey.
