Nottingham Forest v Liverpool

I thought I would pick out a couple of memorable games between Liverpool and Notts Forest from 1988. The first is from the FA Cup and the second is just a few days later, in the league, when Forest were absolutely demolished. At the time, Forest were the pretenders to Liverpool’s crown but were destroyed by a masterclass of pure quality. Watch out for Barnes setting up the Fourth after nutmegging the fullback who before the game claimed Forest had the measure of Liverpool….

Frankly, only a bloody fool would even try to predict what team Klopp will pick, so here goes….Alisson, Gomez, Matip, VVD, Robbo, Fab, Hendo, Thiago, Mane, Firmino, Diaz. and with Salah on the bench. Yes I think with the International break coming up Klopp will go strong.
