Manchester united v Liverpool

Happy crowd Running and Pointing

It is always a great pleasure to visit one of the most iconic grounds in the world and to play one of the greatest teams in the world, chock full of the most exciting and gifted players in the world and managed by one of the most inspiring and charismatic young managers in the world But, such things will have to wait for another day, because tonight (Matthew) we will be mostly visiting Old Trafford, to play Manchester United under their interim, caretaker manager, Eric Ten Hag.

Now, the next big question is, will we though? Two seasons ago, the game, which was supposed to be played behind closed doors due to covid restrictions, was postponed at the last minute when United fans broke into the ground, to protest at the shite job that Ole was doing under the ownership of the Glaziers. Well, fast forward a season (or two 😁) and things couldn’t be more…….err similar, but this time those same fans are trying to break out of the ground before the games have finished.

Anyway, it is being reported that some of the United fans might protest again tonight and use the state of the club as an excuse to get the game postponed in the hope that when the match is re-scheduled United will once again be in a position to compete. And in a 4KK exclusive I can sensationally reveal the FA have sided with United and provisionally and very tentatively pencilled in a re-scheduled date in August 2035. Klopp, cutting to the chase, as always, has pointed out it would save everyone a lot of time and wasted effort if they just gave us the three points.

I am looking forward to the game and hope we can do a similar job to last time we played them at OT. I am also looking forward to comparing the similar skills of individual players. The footwork of Diaz and Maguire, the heading ability of VVD and Martinez and the temperament and application of Salah and Fernandez….Looking forward to it.

Team; Who knows? Depends who’s fit but wouldn’t be surprised at the following Alisson, TAA, Matip, VVD, Robbo, Fab, Hendo, Keita, Diaz, Firmino, Salah.
