Liverpool vs Midtjylland
Sorry about that my keyboard went a bit mad there and just printed some random letters until I managed to regain control at the end and added land. I have no idea how to pronounce the team we are playing Tuesday night but I know they are champions of Denmark and should be respected for that.
Mid have mascot called Lupus and with a name like that he has to be a wolf. Well if they are expecting a team of little red riding hoods they are going to be sadly disappointed. I can see them being chopped up into little pieces……
Mid like Liverpool are second in their league on goal difference and have started the season well though they lost 4-0 in the CL last time out at home against Atlanta and I would hope and expect a similar scoreline in our favour this time round. This would put us in pole position to qualify which we could well virtually seal next week when we visit Atalanta.
It’s a bit of a blow to hear from Klopp that neither Keita, Alcantara or Matip will be available. Keita especially is a bit of a mystery but will probably be less of a miss than the other two. I expect the starting team to be similar to the one against Sheffield United and expect Klopp to make full use of the extra subs to give the fringe players a runout and some of the key players a rest in advance of the visit of West Ham at the weekend. Team: Alisson, TAA, Gomez, Fab, Robbo, Hendo, Gini, Jota, Mane, Firmino, Salah.
